I think this place is really good, can't give it five stars but Aqua Blue is a great place to dine. Food is very tasty. Love the beet salad and selection of fish, sushi rolls & steak.
I ate here Valentine's weekend, they were very busy but the service was good. I ordered the ahi seared tuna and it was a little disappointing. It was not as tender as it should've been. I couldn't cut the tuna with a fork, had to use a butter knife. Not the quality i'm used to. However, I've eaten here several times and this my first complaint about this place so this won't stop me from going back but I probably won't order the tuna again.
I had a bite of my husband's spider roll, it was DELICIOUS! Someone else in our group had the ribeye steak and was very happy with it.
Love the ambience in the place and the live music on Friday's is good too. All in, a great place to dine and two thumbs up.
